~ Fluffy Pancake ~


Saya menerima tempahan creamcheese special. Special sebab saya letak fresh fruit. Kiwi and strawberry. Lebihan buah tu saya simpan untuk buat fluffy pancake untuk breakfast pagi esok.

Creamcheese Oreo, Blueberry, Kiwi, Raspberry dan Strawberry

Fluffy Pancake Cik Ponti

2 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan buttermilk
1 sudu teh sodium bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder
1/4 butter
1/2 sudu teh garam
2 biji telur
1/2 cawan gula pasir (saya kurangkan sebab saya tak suka manis)

(mix all together, heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add a knob of butter. When it's melted, add a ladle of batter (or two if your frying pan is big enough to cook two pancakes at the same time). It will seem very thick but this is how it should be. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown and the pancake has risen to about 1cm (½in) thick)

SIAP!  You can have your fluffy pancake with fresh fruit, maple syrup or honey.
